1.Klik Registration yang terletak di bagian kanan atas halaman depan filateli.co.id
2.Lengkapi setiap kolom isian data.
3.Jika pengisian data registrasi sudah selesai, klik Register.
4.Proses Registrasi telah sukses dilakukan.

2.Complete each data field.

Bagaimana cara memverifikasi akun saya? (

)
1.Setelah Anda mendaftarkan akun, email berisi link verifikasi akan dikirimkan ke email Anda.
2.Klik tombol Verification untuk memverifikasi akun Anda.
3.Anda sudah dapat masuk ke filateli.co.id

Saya tidak menerima email verifikasi, apa yang harus saya lakukan? (

Jika Anda tidak menerima email dengan link verifikasi dalam waktu 5 menit, silakan periksa folder SPAM Anda. Jika di folder SPAM Anda juga tidak ada, silakan menghubungi customer service yang tercantum di Contact Us. Customer service akan membantu Anda.

Saya lupa password, apa yang harus dilakukan? (

1.Masuk ke menu Login, klik “Forgot your password?”
2.Ketikkan alamat email Anda yang terdaftar, klik Submit.
3.Anda akan menerima pesan ubah kata sandi melalui email. Klik Reset your password untuk mengubah kata sandi Anda.
4.Inputkan kata sandi yang baru sesuai dengan keinginan Anda, kemudian klik Submit.
5.Ubah kata sandi telah sukses dilakukan. Lanjutkan dengan Login untuk masuk ke website.

1.Anda login terlebih dahulu di filateli.co.id
2.Klik My Account, pilih Change Password.
3.Masukkan password baru yang Anda inginkan, klik Save Changes untuk menyimpannya.
4.Coba login kembali dengan menggunakan password yang baru.

4.Tidak perlu mengklik Reset your password karena Anda hanya ingin mengetahui nama akun Anda.

1. Pilih produk yang ingin Anda beli.

2. Pastikan produk dan jumlah yang diinginkan sudah sesuai. Klik tombol Buy Now, pesanan Anda akan ditambahkan ke dalam keranjang belanja.

3.Ulangi proses pada poin 1 dan 2 untuk berbelanja produk lainnya.

4.Jika Anda sudah selesai berbelanja, klik In Cart pada halaman utama di bagian atas website.

5.Anda dapat melihat daftar belanjaan Anda di keranjang belanja. Di dalam keranjang belanja ini Anda dapat mengubah jumlah pesanan atau menghapus pesanan ataupun mengubah data penerima kiriman. Jika Anda sudah yakin, lanjutkan dengan klik tombol Next Proccess.

6.Setelah itu, lanjut dengan memilih layanan pengiriman yang akan digunakan. Layanan Pos Kilat Khusus dan Pos Express untuk pengiriman Dalam Negeri. Sedangkan pengiriman Luar Negeri disediakan layanan R LN, Paket Pos Cepat Internasional dan Express Mail Service (EMS). Demi keamanan kiriman Anda, sebaiknya gunakan asuransi dengan mengklik/ memberi tanda centang pada “Do you want to use insurance?”.
After that, continue to choose a shipping service to use. Pos Kilat Khusus and Pos Express services for domestic shipping. While shipping overseas is provided by International Registered (R LN), Paket Pos Cepat Internasional and Express Mail Service (EMS) services. For the security of your order, you must use insurance by clicking/ checking the box "Do you want to use insurance?"

7.Klik tombol Check Out. Selesaikan pesanan Anda dengan melakukan pembayaran.

1.Pilih template yang diinginkan.

2.Klik BUY NOW, jika template dan jumlah yang ingin dibeli sudah sesuai dengan keinginan Anda.

3.Pesanan Anda akan otomatis ditambahkan ke dalam Keranjang Belanja. Klik In Cart, akan muncul warning “Prisma catalog does not have photos, upload photo first” lanjutkan dengan klik tombol OK.

4.Klik tombol Upload Your Photo Prisma.

5.Akan muncul tampilan seperti ini, kemudian klik tombol Browse untuk memilih foto yang ingin dipasang pada Prisma. Setelah itu, lanjutkan dengan mengklik tombol UPLOAD untuk mengupload foto.

6.Apabila proses upload foto sudah dilakukan, Anda dapat melanjutkan ke tahap selanjutnya sampai dengan proses pembayaran.

Anda dapat melakukan pembayaran melalui :
1.Kantor Pos : Cash in Kantor Pos dan POSPAY;
2.BTN : ATM BTN;
3.BCA : ATM BCA, KLIK BCA, m-BCA (BCA Mobile) dan m-BCA (STK-SIM Tool Kit);
4.Mandiri : ATM Mandiri dan Mandiri Online;
5.Western Union (untuk pelanggan Luar Negeri dapat menggunakan layanan ini).
Detail teknis tata cara/ petunjuk pembayaran dari masing-masing metode tersebut di atas, sudah tersedia di website pada saat Anda masuk tahapan pembayaran (Payment Instructions).

Apakah nominal yang harus saya bayar sudah include dengan ongkos kirim dan bea admin? (

Nominal yang harus Anda bayar sudah include keduanya, kecuali Western Union. Khusus Western Union, bea admin pengiriman uang dikenakan kepada pelanggan.

Untuk saat ini kami belum dapat melayani COD. Tetapi jika Anda ingin datang langsung ke outlet kami, dapat mengunjungi Kantor Filateli Jakarta yang berlokasi di Jl. Pos No. 2 Jakarta Pusat.

Kapan pesanan akan dikirim? (

Pesanan akan dikirim pada hari yang sama jika pembayaran/ pelunasan dilakukan sebelum jam 14.00 WIB (Senin-Jumat). Pembayaran yang dilakukan pada hari Sabtu dan Minggu, pesanan akan dikirim pada hari Senin. Jika pembayaran dilakukan pada hari libur, pesanan Anda akan kami proses di hari berikutnya.

Anda dapat melihat status pesanan Anda melalui menu List Transaction, mulai dari status pembayaran yang sudah diterima sampai dengan proses pengiriman pesanan. Anda juga akan menerima nomor barcode pengiriman jika pesanan Anda sudah dikirim dan dapat dilacak dengan mengklik Track Your Shipping.

Pesanan Anda dikirim melalui PT Pos Indonesia. Lama waktu pengiriman tergantung dari layanan pengiriman yang Anda pilih.
Pengiriman Dalam Negeri
> Pos Express : 1 hari (besok sampai).
> Pos Kilat Khusus : 2-7 hari.
Pengiriman Luar Negeri
> Express Mail Service (EMS) : 3-10 hari (tergantung negara tujuan).
> Pos Tercatat (R) Internasional (R LN) : 6-10 hari (tergantung negara tujuan).
> Paket Pos Cepat Internasional : 6-10 hari (tergantung negara tujuan).

Sebelum kami mengirimkan pesanan Anda, kami sudah melakukan sortir/ pengecekan kembali. Apabila terjadi kerusakan, Anda dapat mengirimkan foto pesanan yang rusak tersebut melalui email atau nomor kontak kami yang tertera di Contact Us. Batas pengembalian barang kepada kami maksimal 3 (tiga) hari setelah barang Anda terima. Kami akan segera menukar pesanan Anda dengan yang baru dan mengembalikan ongkos pengiriman, setelah barang yang dikembalikan sudah kami terima.
