In addition to regular purchases, we also provide services for those of you who wish to Subscribe, which is the SODA (Standing Order Deposit Account) service. By joining the Subscription, you will routinely get every new publishing philatelic items according to your fixed order.


1.  The customer must fill in the Subscription form including the desired Fixed Order.
2.  Payment can be made by transfer / virtual account or using PGM (Posgiro Mobile).
3.  The PGM can be used to pay for the Fixed Order that the customer wants for each stamp issue.


We don't limit the number of bookings through the web. All orders will incur shipping costs and other administrative costs. Orders will be sent after payment is received, the payment method uses Virtual Account and PGM (Posgiro Mobile).


If an item is not already in our inventory, we will immediately update and or delete the display item from this site.


The Jakarta Philatelic Office will try to fulfill orders and requests through ordering philatelic items. Shipping orders will be carried out as follows.
1.    All orders for new issues (Subscription) will be sent 7 working days after the date of issue. For example, if a stamp is issued on November 5, 2019,       the order will be sent on November 13, 2019.
2.    We will process customer orders on weekdays (Monday - Saturday) until 16:00 WIB. If the order passes at 16:00 WIB will be processed the next day       or Monday if the transaction is received outside the working day.


If you obtain incorrect information about a publication from another party, the Jakarta Philatelic Office will not be responsible for any misinformation, and no compensation will be paid for the loss you have experienced. Therefore, we recommend that you should always be guided by the information we present on this site.


The Jakarta Philatelic Office will always try to send the highest quality philatelic items. If you receive goods in damaged condition, you are given time to notify us no later than 14 (fourteen) days after the date of receipt of the order, and you can return them to us within 14 (fourteen) days from the time you notify us about the acceptance. For returns, you will get a full refund of the amount of the order without refunding shipping costs.


If you make a relationship for an offer and an order, then information about your personal will be protected and we will not publish it to others.


1.    These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time and from time to time, temporarily terminated or permanently ("revised") by the Company.
2.    You can check the latest version of these Terms and Conditions at any time on the web.
3.    Unless specified by the Company, the revised Terms and Conditions will apply automatically and begin binding since the day of publication on the web. By continuing to access the web, you are deemed to have agreed to accept and be bound by these revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop accessing or using the web.
